HUBLOT X SANG BLEU COLLABORATION
In celebration of the launch of its latest watch design collaboration, the Big Bang Sang Bleu, Hublot hosted a lunch at Robert Restaurant, located on the top floor of the Museum of Arts and Design overlooking New York’s iconic Central Park. World-renowned tattoo artist Maxime Buchi and Hublot partnered to create the new timepiece named for Buchi’s London-based tattoo brand. The décor captured the essence of the new watch and Buchi’s trademark style, as Robert was re-outfitted with furniture and design pieces representing modern geometric patterns and shapes reflected in the artist’s work. The event featured a Q&A discussion with Buchi, who detailed the process of completing the breathtaking design – conceptualized from Leonardo Da Vinci’s ‘Vitruvian Man’ – that immaculately embodies proportion and harmony. Sixty members from key domestic and international media attended the event, achieving extensive coverage for the watch, the artist, and the brand.
